Renters Insurance Availability
Progressive Home Advantage renters insurance, underwritten by Homesite Insurance, is available in all states except Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
For states that offer Progressive Home Advantage, the following limitations apply:
- Only select local independent agents offer renters insurance in Pennsylvania, Oregon, Ohio, Indiana, Minnesota, Illinois and Wisconsin.
Progressive is not affiliated with Homesite. Insurance policies purchased through the Progressive Homeowners Insurance Program are underwritten by the Homesite Insurance Group, a leading provider of homeowners, renters and condominium insurance. Homesite provides the coverage for, and pays the claims associated with, these insurance policies. Progressive is not responsible for the insurance claims or any other obligations of Homesite. Certain Progressive companies may be compensated as licensed agencies for performing services on behalf of Homesite.
